Collection: Refund Policy
At NANGMAN LIFE, our priority is for you to love what you buy. If you are not satisfied with your order, here's how to proceed.
1. Conditions for returns
You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return.
For it to be accepted, the product must meet the following:
- Be completely new and without signs of use.
- Retain its original packaging, labels, and intact security seals.
- Include all original accessories, parts, or manuals.
2. Items not eligible for return
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, returns or refunds are not accepted on the following products:
- Cosmetics, makeup, and skin care products.
- Fragrances and personal hygiene items.
- Underwear or intimate apparel.
- Pet products.
Note: These items can only be claimed if they arrive damaged from origin or if the wrong product was sent.
3. Request process
To initiate a return, send an email to atencion@nangmanlife.mx including the following information:
- Order number.
- Clear reason for the return.
- Clear photographs of the product and the shipping label attached to the package.
Shipping costs:
- If the return is due to a change of mind or satisfaction, the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
- If the return is due to a NANGMAN LIFE error or manufacturing defect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product at our warehouse:
- We will notify you if your refund was approved or rejected.
- If approved, the amount will be returned to the same payment method used.
- Processing time: up to 15 business days, depending on the banking institution.
- Original order shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or incorrect products
If your package arrives damaged or you received an incorrect product, you have 5 calendar days from delivery to report it.
It is essential to keep the original packaging for the warranty to be valid.
